Buyers and suppliers are handled by the same desk. If you are offering material to us, send a photograph and a weight instead — that is usually enough to start.

Our working day starts when most of Asia has finished. Email is the fastest route — an inquiry sent during your afternoon is normally answered by the time you are back at your desk.
What happens next
Within one working day you will have either a position or a question. If we cannot serve the inquiry, we will say so rather than leave it open.
Grade, tolerances, packing, loading port and terms — in writing, before anything is booked.
Once the offer is confirmed, the container is booked at the loading port and the documents follow the shipment.
